L4-5, L5-S1 Anterior Discectomies and Fusion with BAK cages

Back Surgery - L4-5, L5-S1 Anterior Discectomy (Diskectomy) and Spinal Fusion with BAK cages. Shows the pre-operative intervertebral disc herniations at the L4-5 and L5-S1 levels. Surgical steps: 1. Incision into the left side of the abdomen; 2. Discectomies (removal of damaged discs); 3. Debridement of the intervertebral space; and 4. Placement of two BAK cages for final fusion.
