This custom medical exhibit shows surgical elements associated with the posterior fusion of the cervical spine at C5-C6 in a black male. Specifically shown are the following: 1. Posterior incision exposing the cervical spine, 2. harvest of bone graft from the right posterior iliac crest (hip bone), 3. Drilling of holes and wire placement at C5 and C6, 4. Placement of bone grafts with final tightening of the wires for fusion.
