$Fractured Ankle Dislocation (Dislocated). Shows the dislocated fractures of the medial and lateral malleoli, and posterior displacement of the talus bone beneath the tibia and fibula. ORIF surgery: 1. Incision into the lateral ankle with placement of a 6-hole fibular plate; 2. An incision into the medial ankle to place two tibial fixation screws; and 3. Shows post-operative appearance of the ankle with skin staples and other orthopedic hardware.$
