This custom medical exhibit reveals an overview of a male head and thorax from the side with an enlarged detailed view of the heart and thoracic aorta. In these views it is evident that a Dissecting Thoracic Aortic Aneurysm has ruptured with hemorrhage (blood) entering the pericardial space surrounding the heart resulting in early cardiac tamponade.
