Dramatically depicts  iatrogenic injury of the brachial plexus nerves as the baby's left shoulder becomes trapped beneath the mother's pubic bone during delivery. Subsequently, the nerves of the brachial plexus are stretched and torn as the baby is pulled from the birth canal.
