Congenital Hip Dysplasia (Dislocated Hip) Surgery with Subsequent Dislocation of Hip.  1. Initial illustration depicting the appearance of the infant's left hip dislocation with a description of how femoral traction is utilized in an attempt to stretch the muscles allowing for proper positioning of the femur; 2.
