Shows the knee joint with extensive chondromalacia of the medial femoral condyle and a tear in the posterior horn of the medial meniscus. Surgical steps: 1. Inserting arthroscopic instruments into the knee joint through two stab wounds; 2. Removing unstable meniscal fragments; and 3.
